Marie-Claire McMahon

Clinic Manager

MC wears a few hats at TMS Life, supporting the team, keeping operations on track, and helping spread the word about the clinic. What she cares about most is the environment: a clinic where clients feel welcomed and understood, and where the team feels included, trusted and genuinely glad to be here.

Her career began in retail management, running teams in fast-paced, people-first environments. Alongside that, she followed a passion for the birth world, working as a doula and birth photographer. Those supportive roles drew her toward healthcare, first into administration and eventually into clinical operations, where she brings both sides together: the practical skills of running a team and supporting people in vulnerable moments.

At TMS Life, that means building a team where everyone knows their work matters and has room to bring their own strengths to it. It also means not taking things too seriously when they don’t need to be. Many clients arrive after years of trying other treatments, and MC believes a clinic that feels warm, human and a little bit fun is part of what makes this time different.

Outside work, MC is a hockey mom of two, a dog lover and happiest when she’s going really fast on her bike. You’ll find her in the garden, at the woodworking bench or on a forest trail.

Marie-Claire est franco-ontarienne et sera heureuse de vous accueillir en français ou en anglais.

Yvonne McLeod (RN)

Clinical Care Lead

Yvonne is our Clinical Care Lead here at TMS Life bringing over 23 years of invaluable experience as a Registered Nurse. Her diverse background includes working in mental health, harm reduction, obstetrics, and critical care.

Yvonne’s extensive experience caring for others has provided her with profound insight. She is dedicated to providing safe, quality, and compassionate care to every individual who walks through our doors. Her multifaceted interests and dedication to holistic well-being make her a cherished member of our team at TMS Life.

When she is not in the clinic, Yvonne loves to spend time with her family, especially adventuring outdoors. She loves to cook, explore new music, and you just may find her paddling on a lake, or practicing balance and mindfulness in her yoga room.

Dominique Roy, M.A.

Certified TMS Technician

Certified TMS Technician with an M.A. in Psychedelics and Consciousness Studies from the University of Ottawa. Her undergraduate background in psychology focused on trauma-informed care and resilience, and her focus centres on somatic support, client-centred care, and an ongoing interest in the mental health needs of CAF and RCMP veterans.

As a technician, Dominique brings curiosity, respect, and deep attunement to every session, striving to deliver care that honours each person’s individual path.

Originally from Sudbury, Ontario, she finds balance outdoors by the lake and through a shared appreciation for music, movement, and the arts as avenues for connection and self-expression.

Bilingue et fière partisane des Canadiens de Montréal, elle est ravie de vous servir en français.

Brooke Beauvais

RPN

Brooke is a Registered Practical Nurse with several years of experience in healthcare, primarily in mental health and emergency settings. With a background in supporting individuals through complex and vulnerable moments, she was drawn to pursue a role in a TMS clinic to provide holistic mental health care that is non-pharmacological.

Her clinical experience has equipped her with the skills to deliver empathetic, respectful, and professional care. She strives to create a safe, judgment-free environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and supported throughout their mental health journeys.

Outside of work, Brooke enjoys expressing her creativity through music, playing both the flute and piano. She also values quiet time at home caring for her dog and cat, cooking, and experimenting with new coffee recipes.

Faith Wood

Medical Office Administrator

With an educational and professional background as a Law Clerk, Faith brings exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to the team.

Her previous work as an Estate Administrator sparked a passion for providing compassionate care and understanding to everyone she meets, leading Faith to transition from the legal field to pursue the goal of reducing mental health stigmas. She has followed TMS studies and treatments since early 2017 and is thrilled to be a part of TMS Life.

During her time away from the clinic, Faith enjoys reading, gardening, and caring for her extensive houseplant collection.

Bodhi Talbot

TMS Technician

Bodhi has two passions—and two undergraduate degrees to match them: Philosophy and Psychology. She brings her interest in ethics, human nature, and mental well-being into her work, approaching each client with curiosity, compassion, and an open mind.

Before joining the clinic, Bodhi was involved with the Children’s Well-Being Laboratory at the University of Ottawa, where she contributed to research on positive discipline in everyday parenting and the impacts of childhood neglect. She also worked as a behavioural therapist supporting children and their families. These experiences shaped her flexible, empathetic approach to care and reinforced the importance of meeting people exactly where they are. She values the opportunity to support clients from all walks of life and never expects the same day twice.

Outside the clinic, you can often find Bodhi reading at a coffee shop, exploring parks and trails, or checking out a new neighbourhood restaurant. She enjoys finding small moments of connection and discovery, whether through conversations, nature, or a great meal.
